The entrance to the complex was built on the side of the real estate development residential area and towards the edge of the area a few commercial towers and a mall was established. In fact, the complex became the largest one in the country. It was named Parque Cidade Jardim and it has a shopping mall with a total of 180 stores, four offices, nine blocks of flats, and a hotel. The prices of the apartments vary from 1.8 million to 16.6 million depending on the size of the living space. The sizes of those vary from 240 square meters to 1 700 square meters.
