Sujit Choudhry Helps the Ukraine Form a More Stable Government

Sujit Choudhry is a world-wide recognized authority on comparative constitutional law. Sujit Choudhry met with other constitutional experts in Kiev on July 10, 2017. The group met to discuss the challenges of establishing a democratic based government in the Ukraine.The government of the Ukraine is unstable. Choudhry explained that part of the problem with the current Ukraine government was that the president had too much power and that the political parties were weak. Choudhry, along with the rest of the constitutional experts present, discussed the various solutions to the many problems that the Ukraine was having in establishing an effective democratic government.
